What was the highlight of The Portswood Hotel
Wonderful
Everything was awesome
The fact that there was no interaction with the hotel prior to arrival. We indicated we needed to be picked up from airport but this was not considered. Finally reservation included two adults as per advert but when we got to hotel it only had one adult. This though was resolved exceptionally.

What was the highlight of The Portswood Hotel
Right at the heart of the Waterfront for great day and night out adventures in the city, lovely.
Located 2nd line to the Waterfront (which makes it a calm location), only 2 min and you reach the waterfront and all its offerings e.g. restaurants, bus stop (Hop On/Off), Aquarium etc. Nice pool to refresh, great breakfast with plenty of options to choose, valet parking available for a reasonable price.
